I don't have a windows phone. I have a pc. Lotro loads ok but it plays jerky. It locks up for a few seconds all the time. When I had windows 7 and 8.1 the game played fine. I don't think windows 10 is quite ready to play Lotro.

After posting, I saw some other threads with similar issues, one user suggested changing to Windows XP Compatability mode. I did this, I can now launch the game. For those who tried this and it failed, make sure you're setting compatability mode for SWTOR.EXE, not just launcher.exe. It's swtor.exe that's crashing.
